APPOINTMENTS HOURS

Office hours are by appointment only; however, the practice accommodates today's busy lifestyle.  In addition to traditional business hours, convenient weekday evening appointments are offered, as well as on Saturdays.  To schedule an appointment, please call our office.  All calls are confidential and are promptly handled.

PAYMENT

Payment is appreciated and expected at the time services are rendered.  Professional services are payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card.  In addition, most insurance are accepted.

INSURANCE

Dr. Alonso's clinical and forensic professional services are fully or sometimes partially reimbursable under most health insurance plans.  Dr. Alonso is also contracted as a participating provider with various insurance panels.  If your insurance plan does not list Dr. Alonso as a provider, you may still be entitled to out-of-network benefits, where you are reimbursed by the insurance directly.  Please contact our office so that we may determine your coverage options.  The office will also file claims on your behalf so that you receive the highest level of reimbursement possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Many clients have chosen to pay for their services themselves rather than compromising their privacy, which often occurs with managed-care insurance.  While choosing to pay for therapy yourself is a personal decision, it provides the highest level of confidentiality and freedom to plan your treatment with the doctor of your choice.  Feel free to contact our office directly with any questions you may have.

CANCELLATIONS

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved only for you.  A Cancellation within less than 24 hours notice or Missed Session will result in a charge for the full amount of treatment.  Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.
